Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear as the package moves through international transit.

Lost or delayed packages If your tracking shows no movement for 45 days past your order date, contact support@brightbin.shop and we'll issue a reship or refund per our Return Policy.
